TECHNOLOGY - PRODUCT DESIGN (GCSE)

Product design is about choosing a product, designing your own idea and following it through the manufacturing process.

You will be given a design brief and can work with a variety of materials, e.g. food, graphics, textiles or resistant materials.

The coursework involves practical work and an A3 folder of 15/20 sheets of work, which is equal to 60% of the total examination marks. There is also a written exam.
