Year 6 Transition

Primary School Transition

Stockport Academy has well established links with local primary schools.  We are currently providing curriculum support to local schools and have students who come to us from over 30 different primaries within Stockport and the South Manchester area.

We are passionate about providing the right transition from Primary to Secondary school and are keen to make the process as smooth as possible.  Transition does not start just in Year 6, we are working with some schools from reception upwards.
