Walk through the doors of our state-of-the-art building and you will feel the pride and dedication of our staff and students in our vibrant academy. Committed to providing an outstanding education for every child, the academy offers a wide range of subjects and opportunities for students, allowing them to get the most out of their time in school.

Our curriculum pathways, influenced by our specialisms in Science and Business and Enterprise, begin with courses in Year 7 right through to our small and select Sixth Form, where last year 34% of students achieved A-A* grades and over 75% gained a university place. It is testament to our belief that there is no limit to what our students can achieve, whatever their background or perceived ability: our mission is to bring out the best in everyone. 

Following the opening of our new building in 2008, the academy boasts one of the best teaching and learning environments in the country. We share our facilities with various community groups as we move to becoming an outstanding community hub for Stockport and encourage you to look at using our building, particularly if it offers additional and exciting opportunities for our students.
