Diplomas

September 2009 is a very exciting time for Stockport LA, including Stockport Academy, for the introduction of Diplomas at both Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5.  Stockport Academy has been instrumental in developing the Diploma in Society, Health and Development and is the Science lead for the development of Science Diploma.

A number of our Year 10 students begin their Diploma courses at Stockport College this September at Levels 1 and 2 in the following: Society, Health and Development, Creative and Media, Construction and the Built Environment and Engineering.

From September 2010 there will be additional Diploma courses available in addition to those listed above for our Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 students.
